This program aims to empower children (6-14) to identify and cope with their feelings in any situation. Based in CBT, each week provides youths the opportunity to build a toolbox of skills that will readily translate to their home environments to help them navigate difficult situations.
The series is helpful for those struggling with something in particular and is equally valuable as a supplement to standard academic curriculum.
Those who complete the program develop increased self-awareness, improved self-esteem, and an enhanced ability to regulate across environments.
